The Seasons at Avon is in the heart of Avon and two blocks from the Westin Riverfront Gondola. The Building has under-ground parking, ski lockers and is next door to the Avon Rec Center. Nottingham Lake is 1 block away from the Building which is a wonderful venue in the summer for concerts, paddle boating, walking or biking around the Lake.

Residence #423 is in good condition. It is clean and orderly; the kitchen appliances have been replaced as well as the washer and dryer. The Residence has a large bedroom with room for a desk or sitting area. The bathroom has a tub/shower combination. The kitchen is fully stocked with new appliances and is turn-key for the weekend users, renter, and/or fulltime living. The living room has views to the southwest looking toward Bachelor Gulch Resort and down Valley.

Although it is a large building, the Residences have separate hallways with only two Residences per hallway.
