With more than 20 years experience working as a web programmer, a graphic designer, and an IT technician, as well as running her own technology consulting business, she has demonstrated a passion for developing operational systems to help businesses run smoothly and employees be more successful. As owner and principal at nikki B. Consulting, Nikki offered marketing and IT consulting services including graphic and web design, full-stack marketing strategy for new and traditional media, computer and networking infrastructure support, and complete business systems analysis. A problem solver who loves analyzing and fixing systems, she specialized in custom coding proprietary database-driven web applications while simultaneously creating compelling visual designs tailored to the unique personalities of her clients. 

Nikki is thrilled to be working alongside her husband Jonathan at Weber Boxer Group, where she will harness her experience with marketing, technology, and client management to assist the individual WB team members with all facets of creating a successful real estate business, from streamlining their processes to clarifying their marketing message and communicating effectively with their buyers and sellers.
